Comments

Limited food preparation for the store onsite (Sushi, sandwiches and calzones). Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. The dishwasher reached 71 C at the plate level. Ensure that it is turned on while the kitchen is in use. All coolers were < 4 C. Freezers were < -18 C. No evidence of pests. General sanitation was satisfactory.
