Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The kitchen handwashing sink was blocked by a bucket with shrimps at the time of arrival.
The bar handwashing sink covered and note posted (the sink not in working order).
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Remove the bucket from the handwashing sink.
Do not store anything in the kitchen handwashinf sink.
Repair the bar hand washing sink.

A sticky flies trap observed in the kitchen.
Spray insecticide observed in the kitchen and under the bar glass-washer.

Corrective Action(s): All food must be stored of the floor (e.g., on shelves or/and pallets/6").
Remove the sticky flies trap from the kitchen.
Remove from the premise spray insecticides.

Door sealing is ripped of the prep. cooler doors.
Hot water is dripping from a faucet at the kitchen handwashing sink.
A counter with the kitchen hand sink is broken and a hole near sink covered by a towel.
Kitchen cabinets, some shelves in a poor condition. Note: Surfaces not possible to properly clean and sanitize. Cabinets broken.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Repair/service the prep. cooler.
Replace the door sealing.
Repair the kitchen faucet.
Repair the counter or replace it.
Kitchen cabinets and shelves must be replaced; refinished, or repaired.

Observation: Surface sanitizer (Bleach solution) in a bucket (Kitchen) and spray bottle (Bar) aren't labeled at the time of inspection.
As well as the bucket with sanitizer same with a bucket with soap and both buckets labeled as Sour Cream 4L.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. All cleaning agents and chemicals must be labeled properly or must be in original containers.

Kitchen:
General sanitation is acceptable but requires attention in several areas (see violation sections).
Kitchen handwashing station supplied with cold/hot running water, soap and paper towel in dispensers.
Walk-in cooler at 4 C.
Freezers - satisfactory.
Hot Holding at 60 C.
Glass door cooler on a border line (almost 5.0 C).
Dishwasher at 61.4 C & 50 ppm Of Chlorine solution.
Surface sanitizer (in a bucket with presoaked cloth) at 100 ppm.
Dry storage area - satisfactory.
Ice-maker - satisfactory; a scoop stored safely at the time of inspection.
Staff washroom - clean; supplied with liquid soap and paper towel in dispensers.

Bar:
Ice-bins - satisfactory; scoops are stored safely at the time of inspection.
Surface sanitizer in a spray bottle - available: > 100 ppm (bit high).

Recommendation:
Thermometers for all cold units must be available.
A temperature log for all cold units must be available.

A renovation/upgrading is highly recommended.
Some equipment has to be replaced.
