Routine inspection. Handwashing station in front serving area is fully equipped with hot//cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Handwashing station in kitchen is fully equipped. Washroom handwashing station is fully equipped. Front display cooler at <4c. Small beverage cooler at <-0c and equipped with thermometer. Walkin cooler at <4c and equipped with thermometer. Standup freezer at < -18c. Bleach water sanitizer at 100ppm concentration in spray bottle. Spray bottle is labelled appropriately with 'sanitizer'. All foods are being stored in closed containers with fitting lids. All foods are being stored off the floor. Back storage area is being used for non-food related items. Door sweep has been installed to prevent any pest entry. No evidence of pest activity noted during time of inspection. Overall sanitation is adequate. The following requires operators attention: 1. see above noted violation(s) 2. Provide Environmental Health officer with last pest control inspection date and notes as discussed during time of inspection.
