Floors, equipment and food storage surfaces have been cleaned thoroughly. Good.
Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sinks.
Eggs and raw meats are now stored in a separate designated cooler. Ensure to never store produce and soups etc below eggs/poultry/raw meats.
Bleach water sanitizer available for use.

* Reminder to keep the sauce used for coating cooked chicken above 60 C at all times. Discard any leftovers at the end of the day.
