A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -22C or colder; and thermometers present. - Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels and running hot and cold water. - Quats sanitizer in spray bottle was 200ppm. - General sanitation level it good. Found dead cockroach in front of slurpee machine. Have your pest company into monitor and treat for cockroaches. - No expired foods found for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - All foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves or platforms. All foods stored away from non-food items (lubricants, cleaners, and stationary). - All in order.
