Observation: General sanitation is poor.
Corrective Action(s): There's grease build-up on the sanitizer bottle, which is an old cleaner bottle that's being used for the sanitizer spray. Replace this spray bottle with a new one that hasn't been used to store chemicals in! General cleaning needs improvement. When business is slow like in the winter season, the premise should be clean and well maintained.
