-Follow-up inspection to May 06, 2020.
-High temperature dishwasher has been serviced and had a final rinse temperature of 72C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing). Continue to monitor dishwasher and service as needed.
-Under counter cooler is no longer being used for the storage of potentially hazardous foods.
