-Follow-up inspection to May 29, 2020.
-Prep cooler has been serviced and gas was added to the cooler unit. Cooler was at 4C (top and bottom). Continue to monitor the cooler unit and service as needed.
-Chemical bottles were properly labelled. Once labels fade or fall off, relabel containers.
-Did not find foods stored in opened metal containers at the time of inspection.
-Ingredient scoops stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
