Damaged Glasswasher curtain replaced Opening sealed on back door loading door Grain is all stored in an outside shipping container. No signs of rodent activity in shipping container As discussed ensure monitoring logs including the glasswasher is recorded and documented daily. As per email, provide updated written food safety and sanitation plan. This will need to be done prior to food service being offered to the public.
