Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food contact surface sanitizer in kitchen is measured at less than 10ppm chlorine residual at the time of inspection. Sanitizer solution is not available in the front area
Corrective Action(s): - Fresh prepared solution is measured at 100ppm chlorine residual. Ensure that spray bottle is refilled fresh everyday with sanitizer solution prepared by mixing one teaspoon bleach in one litre of water

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Clean utensils and dishware from dishwasher was kept away by staff the dirty gloves on. Staff member didn't change/remove gloves or washed hands after touching dirty dishes and before keeping clean dishes away

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink in the kitchen area was blocked with a large garbage can in front
Corrective Action(s): Remove the garbage can to the back area and replace with a small garbage receptacle near the handsink. Ensure that the access to the handsink is not blocked, and handwashing station is available for employees to wash hands

- Food storage practices are satisfactory
