Comments

Dishwasher still not repaired. Sink stoppers in place. 2 sink method used at intervals during day, but sink remains empty to account for dumping and cleaning blenders between use. **Provide status update and verification of part order by end of week. Send email. Walk-in freezer still full of frozen condensation water from compressor unit. Unit needs defrost and assessment of condensation line. Checked disinfectant (quats) spray and measured 400 ppm. Checked sink (filled with quats solution) and measured 200 ppm. **Make sure second sink is filled and ware properly washed rinsed and sanitized. Moderate hazard rating remains as outstanding issues with dishwasher and walk-in freezer remain.
