Routine Inspection: - Hand sinks had hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available - All coolers were measured to be 4C or less - 200ppm chlorine was available for sanitizing food contact surfaces - High temperature dishwasher reached 71C at plate surface - Dry storage area was well kept - all food was stored at least 6 inches off of the ground - General sanitation and cleanliness of facility was good - No pest activity observed during inspection Outdoor tent was set up and pizza was being offered at the time of inspection. Operator stated that both will be removed by June 7, 2021 No signature required due to COVID-19
