Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Access to hand washing sink blocked by a garbage bin and hand washing sink sink basin blocked by metal equipment.
Corrective Action(s): Operator relocated garbage bin and removed metal equipment at the time of inspection. Ensure hand washing sinks are always accessible.

2) Operator relocated raw protein at the time of inspection. Ensure raw proteins are kept below ready to eat products or on a separate location.
3) Ensure to clean and sanitize ice machine on a routine basis.
