Routine inspection conducted. Observations made: - Hand washing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. - General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory. - No sign of pest activity observed at the time of inspection. - Mouse traps were found along the walls. - QUATS sanitizer available at 200 ppm. - White domestic fridge recorded at 8C and used for storing fish bait. No potentially hazardous food (PHF) was stored in the cooler. DO NOT STORE any PHF foods in this cooler unless it is able to maintain an ambient temperature of atleast 4C or less. - All coolers maintained at 4C or less. - Walk-in cooler was well organized. - Ice cream freezer noted at -22C.
