Routine inspection conducted: **Facility is renovated ( no info on file re: plan approval ) **- 2 comp sink and dishwasher is available- no hand washing sink?? ** Ensure to install a paper towel dispenser , liquid soap dispenser is already available **Kitchen is mainly used for private function for members of church/ rarely used by day-care and Iranian senior club - Bleach available on site. Bleach spray bottle available ( add 1/2 tsp of bleach per bottle) make fresh batch every week - Cooler operating at required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating at required temperature of -18'C. - High temperature dishwasher achieved 71 o C at plate level after final rinse. - Not much food stored on site. - Washroom handsink satisfactory. - General sanitation satisfactory -No sign of pests noted Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
