Routine inspection No Concerns at this date. General comments: - Hand washing stations fully supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser. - Under counter coolers measured at or below 4 degree C. Ice cream freezer is at -20C. Thermometers noted in the units. - Hot holding unit for hot dogs, finger food proteins and sliced pizza measured at or above 60 degree C. Microwave oven and pizza oven observed clean. - QUAT 200-400 ppm available in spray bottle and spray bottle labeled properly. - Mop sink area and around hot water tank have been improved. New FRP boards installed no gaps noted at this date. Holes have been properly covered and wiring sorted. Chemicals stored properly. And sanitizer mounted to the wall. - No sign of pest activity noted at this date. - Customer washroom noted clean and maintained.
