Well maintained & operated. Sanitation is excellent. Refrigeration measures < 4 C. Freezer temperature measure < -18 C. Wiping cloth sanitizer measures 200 ppm Cl. Spray sanitizer measures 200 ppm Cl. Moyer Diebel dishwasher final rinse residual measures 50 ppm Cl. The ice-machine receives a thorough CIP procedure on a regular basis. No recommendations.
