Follow-up Inspection Conducted Today for report#JCHY-CMYUDA. All violations in report#JCHY-CMYUDA have been corrected: -Can opener blade observed in sanitary condition. -Stand-up cooler adjacent to preparation cooler have been replaced and measured at 2C air ambient temperature. -Underneath equipment at the back storage area and work table next to the handwashing sink observed to be in sanitary condition. Ensure daily cleaning under hard to reach area are conducted to control pest activities. Pest Control Company Company contracted monthly. Last pest report (January 13, 2023) noted that mechanical traps have been deployed inside and exterior of the building, recommend to fix structural issues to prevent rodent entry and to ensure floors are clean and garbage are taken out daily.
