Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Designated automatic handwashing sinks in the meat cutting area dispensing cold water. Hot water takes over 10 minutes to dispense from handsink faucet.

Observation: The 2 designated automatic handwashing sinks in the meat processing area is not dispensing hot water. It takes roughly 10-15 minutes for the hot water to be dispensed.
Corrective Action(s): Service the 2 designated handwashing sinks to dispense hot water in an adequate amount of time. If operator wants to install an additional handwashing sink near the 2-compartment sink to ensure proper hot water dispensing an updated floorplan must be submitted to the Health Department for approval. Corrected by: 3 months.

2-compartment sink available for warewashing. Meat processing room measured at 10C air ambient temperature.
Ice machine observed in sanitary condition. QUATs used to sanitize food contact surfaces via hose attachment at end of day operation. QUATs measured at 200ppm.
Two walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Two walk-in freezers measured at -18C.
Overall facility is organized.
