Follow-up inspection conducted. The leaking pipe under the hand washing sink has not been repaired, despite being given a month's time to allow for repairs. The owner was on site and argued that "it is not his problem that the plumber is not available". He claimed that since the inspector gave him more time than that what was required, the pipe was repaired and then it broke again - blaming the inspector for not coming sooner to see it "fixed". The owner was given a stern warning about maintaining the facility as his health permit relies on it. Inspector will return in 2 days to follow-up and further enforcement may be required.
