General sanitation is satisfactory. However, numerous flies noted in the kitchen. Minimize the opening of the back door which is located close to the cooking area.
Clean inside the fridge containing the ice coffee mixes.
One test cooking batch out of two Angus patties did not reach 160F. Ensure you continue to follow the procedure of checking the internal temperature each time Angus patty is cooked.
