Overall premise is exceptionally clean and organized. Hand sinks are stocked and working. Hand wash monitoring is in place (electronic) All fridges are <4*C. Dishwasher reached 71*C at plate level. No sign of pests. Ice machine is clean, scoop stored in clean designated container. Quats spray sanitizer is 200 ppm.
