The pop dispensing machine is clean and very well maintained.
All coolers are supplier with accurate thermometers.
Prep cooler temperature measured at 3C, walk in cooler 4C,
Food handlers are wearing clean protective clothing and hair protection.
Bleach used as approved sanitizer and measured at 200ppm, and test strips are available


Quat used as approved sanitizer at 3 compartment sink and test strips need to be available for daily monitoring of sanitizer. Please have a test strips for quat ordered from your supplier.
