- Handsink was maintained with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - >200ppm QUAT sanitizer buckets were present at multiple locations - Temperatures of refrigeration units were adequate - Hot holding (gravy) was >60C - Fountain machine drained water into a bucket through a hose. There was a pressure relief valve. - Deep cleaning required in the hard-to-reach areas (ie. corners of the kitchen) - No signs of pest activities
