Resuming operation as Food Service Establishment:
- Facility had closed temporarily during 2020 due to Pandemic
- Facility changed operation to a Food Store effective 01/04/2020
- Facility is now seeking to resume operation as a concession stand as during the 2019 operating season
- No changes to menu
- No structural changes --> facility as per floorplans submitted 2018/2019
- Coolers < and/or = 4 deg.C
- Freezers < and/or = -18 deg.C
- Handsinks adequately supplied
- No evidence of pests
- Facility in good sanitary condition
- All equipment, food preparation surfaces & storage cupboards in good operational requirements.
- Chlorine test strips available on site
- Sanitizer solution at concentrations of > and/or = 200ppm chlorine
- 2 sink plugs available for use & tight fitting.
- Cheque received in amount of $150.00 --> payment should be $87.50.
- Dishwasher achieving final sanitizing rinse greater than equal to 72 deg.C (78.9 deg.C).
- No objections to operational change to revert back to Permitted facility.
