Dishwasher over 50ppm Chlorine
Hand sinks equipped with soap and paper towel, paper towel dispenser was not loaded properly at front hand sink, staff loaded properly and is now in working order.
Hot holding over 60C
Coolers less than 4C, -18C

Obtain a copy of updated Sanitation Plan to keep onsite for review by staff

Kay Peroxide Multi Surface Disinfectant and cleaner used throughout facility. Facility no longer using previously approved Food Contact surface sanitizer for surfaces in back kitchen prep area.

Information provided on Multi Surface Disinfectant by staff, EHO to review.

Staff state bar towels are available with "Kay sanitizer Chlorine " for wiping food contact surfaces, however, Multisurface Disinfectant is still used on bar/prep area as well.
