-Follow-up inspection to June 6, 2017.
-Sushi chef states cutting board is sanitized with bleach every 2 hours. Bleach sanitizer pail was tested at 100ppm at the time of inspection.
-Food in the prep cooler in now stored in the inserts and is no longer being double stacked. Foods in the top portion of the unit were probed at 4C.
-Did not find any items labelled "Refrigerate After Opening" stored at room temperature after opening at the time of inspection.
-Light covers in the sushi area have been replaced.
-New chest freezer was ordered 2 weeks ago and has not arrived. Once new freezer unit arrives, do not use top of freezer unit for food preparation.
