Observation: Walk in cooler is still leaking from the middle of the ceiling
Corrective Action(s): Must contact a repair person to determine the source of the leak. Provide written confirmation by June 17th this has been done and outline the issue with the leak (i.e. where it is coming from).

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: 2 comp sink used for handwashing not supplying hot water. Bar of soap is being used for handwashing. Staff was not able to provide paper towels. Toilet paper being used for drying hands.
Date to be corrected by: June 6
Correction: Ensure that hot water is turned on so that the sink can provide water to effectively clean hands from grease. Provide disposable paper towels for the sink. Use liquid soap instead of soap bars for hand washing as soap bars can retain bacteria and cause contamination across uses
