Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Several reused disposable containers in clean storage were not properly cleaned after use. Old food debris visible in and on parts of containers.
Corrective Action(s): Containers discarded. This was discussed at the last inspection - do not re-use disposable plastic takeout containers, as they cannot be adequately cleaned and sanitized. Discard/recycle all used disposable containers immediately after use.

*Line cooler has been serviced. Temperature measured at 4 C during inspection. Food can now be safely stored in this unit.
*Tap handle has been replaced on dish sinks.
*Discussed bleach spray bottle with mixed chemicals with staff member during inspection. Ensure this is used only for wall and floor cleaning. Do not use this solution for food contact surfaces, as the cleaners present are not suitable for food contact surface use.
