Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Box of domestic rodenticide observed left of the walk in cooler door. Rodendicide must not be used inside premise to reduce the risk of it being tracked onto food contact surfaces or into food. Professional pest control company comes in once per month and has noted increased activity although it is unclear who placed the bait station there.
Corrective Action(s): Remove bait station and ensure these are only used outside the facility. Due: today.

General observations:
√ Coolers ≤4°C, Freezers ≤ -18°C
√ Good food storage practices noted such as food up off floor ≥6” (>18" observed), good stock rotation noted, dry storage shelving 2' away from walls
√ Hand wash stations fully stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
√ Quats sanitizer available at 200ppm with test strips present
√ Three compartment sink stocked with dish soap, sanitizer, hot and cold running water and sanitizer
√ Equipment appeared to be in good working order
√ General sanitation and maintenance is very good
- Order in to company for improving the door seals around all bay and regular sized doors. Door seal improvement anticipated to be complete within the next few weeks
√ Thermometers present
√ No concerns with staff hygiene or food handling noted during inspection, all staff wear clean aprons and hair nets.
