Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
All cooler units at 4C or below and equipped with thermometer. Daily temperature logs being maintained.
Walk-in freezer at -18C.
Internal temperature of foods in the hot holding unit were at least 60C.
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered.
Chlorine dishwasher achieved a final rinse concentration of 100ppm. Chlorine test strips were available.

3-compartment sink setup. Sanitizing sink was filled with a 200ppm quats solution.

Verified cooking temperature of regular beef patties. An internal temperature of at least 71C was achieved for regular patties off the grill.
