At today’s inspection, there were 4 children, the manager, site supervisor and 1 staff on site.
Licensing notes that it appears that the previously identified contraventions have been appropriately addressed as follows:
- Manager’s name is posted
- Environment is free of accessible hazardous substances
- Staff file information is documented on a checklist with dates
- Children’s files are complete
A Covid-19 Prevention Audit Tool for Childcare Settings was completed; a copy will be emailed to the facility.
There is no follow up required from the Licensee or Licensing.
This report was written off site and a copy emailed to the manager.
