Inspection conducted to follow up on outstanding items from the previous routine inspection: - 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer available in spray bottle and in container with cloths submerged - Meat slicer appeared clean. Ensure it is taken a part and thoroughly washed and sanitized as needed - Missing light cover has been replaced - Paper towel roll placed in stand - Staff member on duty has foodsafe training - All other outstanding items (ie. violation code 311 re: broken tiles and oven/hood ventilation system) to be corrected as part of ongoing operation.
