Observation: Dishwasher measured below the minimum standard temperature at plate to ensure adequate kill off of pathogens. Measured 66 C or below multiple times.
Corrective Action(s): Provide alternate means of sanitizing dishes (manual in sinks - 100 ppm bleach or 200 ppm quats) until unit can be serviced or replaced.
Follow up inspection needed to confirm proper sanitizing temperature (71 C or more at plate) can be achieved. See follow up date noted on report.

**dual prep and handsink - should have liquid soap dispenser added back to match with paper towel dispenser. This is more convenient and accessible for staff working cookline and service station.

sanitizer spray - sink and surface - between 272 and 700 ppm. Acceptable range as per manufacturer.

General sanitation and organization is good.

Dishwasher measured at 65 C, below minimum standard of 71 C at plate. Tested through three runs.
