Facility continues to look well organized. Handsinks used and properly stocked. Bleach in spray bottles slightly above 200 ppm. OK. Cooling unit at 3 - 4 C. Freezer below -18 C. No issues noted. Operation plans to move to Ecolab for sanitizing. Quats oasis 146 likely by next year.
