Observation: 1. Observed some biofilm growth on top of a plastic part inside the ice machine.
2. Some dust buildup on the filter outside of the ice machine.
3. Noticed that some shelves are getting a little sticky.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to clean & sanitize the noted areas. The operator has started cleaning at the time of inspection.

- 100ppm chlorine residual detected in the low temp dishwasher at plate's surface

- All refrigerated units maintain adequate temperatures (<4C coolers, <-18C freezers)
- Temperature log is in place & in use
- General sanitation is good
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
