Two compartment sink - available (*for manual ware washing). Sanitizer available in a bucket at 100 ppm of Chlorine solution;
Dry storage area - satisfactory; but needs bit to be organized and cleaned.
No signs of pest activity.
Staff washroom - satisfactory;

Recommendation:
- A sofa shouldn't be in the kitchen/has to be removed.
- 2-range stove - possible fire safety issue (all cooking equipment must be under the ventilation hood).
