Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Dirty/filthy wiping rags were found AGAIN being stored on food contact surfaces, etc., and this is unsanitary practise; staff AGAIN reminded to keep all wiping rags stored properly in sanitary manner (eg. in sanitizer between use) not on counters, etc
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all wiping rags maintained in sanitary manner; launder rags daily and keep clean ones in sanitizer between use

Observation: * Build up of grime/debris found through out facility and cleaning not being done frequently enough; staff reminded AGAIN to maintain sanitary facility with daily/weekly/monthly cleaning and maintenance
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure cleaning done daily to remove build up of debris/grime and maintain sanitary conditions; provide cleaning schedule for daily/weekly/monthly tasks as reminders

* Freezer unit was -18'C or colder
* Note: facility was dirty with lots of build up of grime/debris and unsanitary; staff to clean today and reinspection tomorrow
* Dishwasher final rinse was 80'C at plate surface
* Monitoring records were not available for cleaning (daily/weekly/monthly); Cleaning is a major issue this facility and operator/staff have been warned to maintain sanitary conditions or be closed
* Note: facility requires organization on food/food equipment storage shelving as there are issues with potential for cross contamination
* One staff on site had food safe level 1 however last week no one on site with food safe level 1 training
* Verbal warning of closure discussed as operation has had repeat violations and operators/staff have been repeatedly told to maintain premises in sanitary condition
