Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Bhoodi (fried sweet mini flour balls) were left in large metal container and stored next to hot water tank (this is not a food prep area)!
Corrective Action(s): - Keep all food products covered to protect from possible contamination
- Do NOT store food products in areas where chemicals are stored and areas where hot water tank is located

- Ensure this is cleaned, wiped down and sanitized on a regular basis.

* Prep cooler opposite of main cook line at 4C
* Walk-in cooler at 4C
* Stand up freezer at -18C
* Chest freezer at -18C
* Sweets display cooler at 4C
* Hot holding unit maintaining foods at >60C
- High temperature dishwasher available, adequate sanitization temperature reached via hot water (71C)
- QUAT sanitizer test strips available for monitoring sanitizer concentrations, USE THEM!
- No signs of pest activity detected during time of inspection
- Chef foodsafe certified - expiry March 2023
