Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food contact surfaces are not being washed and sanitized properly after being used. Wiping cloths, used on food contact surfaces, are not being stored in a sanitizer at all times. Sanitizer (chlorine) storage containers empty.
Corrective Action(s): All food contact surfaces must be washed and sanitized after use. All Items are to be stored in a sanitary manner in order to prevent post contamination. Wiping cloths are to be stored in a sanitizer. Test strips are required to monitor concentrations.
