Correction:
Connect hot water to the hand sink and ensure the hand washing station is fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
Comments

Follow up inspection AJON-CJPRYQ
-Hand washing station in the corner of cooking area equipped with liquid soap and paper towel. Hot and cold running water available now.
-Low temperature dishwasher now in good working order; detected minimum of 50 ppm of residual chlorine at plate level after final rinse cycle
-Sliding door cooler is now at 4 C or lower;
-Insides and shelves in the walk-in cooler is now in sanitary condition. Ensure to perform regular cleaning to maintain current level of sanitation.
-No other concerns noted at the time of inspection.
