Follow-up Inspection: Sandwich prep cooler has now been serviced. Ambient temperature of 2.3 degrees Celsius maintained in sandwich prep cooler. Sandwich prep cooler can now be used to store potentially hazardous foods. NOTE: Ensure there is adequate contact time of sanitizer for manual dishwashing. Refer to the manufacturer's instructions posted near the 3-compartment sink. Keep wiping cloth in separate sanitizer bucket rather than in the sanitizer sink for manual dishwashing. Operator signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Report will be emailed to Operator.
