Handsinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
Quats in buckets for soaking wiping cloths at 200 ppm. Test strips on site.
3-compartment sink method in-use for washing and sanitizing dishware. Staff member demonstrated. Quats sanitizer at 200 ppm in third compartment.
