Observation: Residential dishwasher does not appear to have a sanitizing cycle, and does not appear to be NSF/ANSI Standard 184 certified. It was stated that original dishwasher has been replaced.
Corrective Action(s): As dishwasher does not appear to have a sanitizing cycle, effective immediately, ensure all equipment and utensils on the premises are properly washed and sanitized in another dishwasher on site that meets sanitizing requirements, as per manufacturer. Do not use dishwasher in Beach House. Two other dishwashers are available on site at Long House (residential dishwasher, NSF certified with sanitizing cycle) and Main Dining Hall (commercial dishwasher, high temperature).
Another dishwasher will need to be installed in place of current dishwasher. Dishwasher to have a sanitizing cycle, and be NSF/ANSI Standard 184 certified. Dishwasher specifications are to be forwarded to the Environmental Health Officer for review prior to obtaining and installing dishwasher. Date to be corrected by: June 10, 2022.

Cooler at 4 degrees C or less.
Freezer at -18 degrees C or less.
Food is covered and protected from potential contamination.
Hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and paper towels are in place for hand washing.
Bleach water sanitizer available in labeled spray bottle at approximately 200 ppm chlorine.
Chemicals stored in locked cabinets.
No signs of pest activity observed.
