Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): (1) No soap dispensing from automatic dispenser. Liquid soap from a manual dispenser was obtained during the inspection.
(2) Back of house handsink blocked by a garbage can. Staff relocated garbage can during the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): (1) Ensure all handsinks are stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel for handwashing.
(2) Ensure handsinks are not blocked. Handsinks must be easily accessble by all staff during operations.

1. Discussed proper glove use with staff - hands need to be washed before and after glove use. Gloves should never replace handwashing.
2. Ensure hanging sticky fly trap in the back storage area are replaced frequently and the apple cider vinegar jar traps are removed. Install additional UV fly traps if needed.
