Large factory area beside the kitchen currently has several storage sheds for the various vendors operating at the church. Each storage shed is locked and numbered. During the onsite inspection with the operator Matthew, each shed was opened and inspected.

There are two rows of storage sheds, an area with mechnical refrigeration and freezers in the middle of the factory area, and locked gated areas towards the back exit where the various food mobile units store their carts/equipment, etc.

Storage sheds are numbered:
#1) Storage shed for Lilise Elizabeth Martin, who makes apple sauce (previously approved). No issues noted
#2) Storage shed for the church: canned goods inside shed, ensure to discard any canned goods past their best before dates. One cans of chickpeas had best before date of May 2017. Can was removed at time of inspection
#3/#4/#7) Storage sheds for Neat's Treats, operated by Munpreet Khera: corn starch was uncovered, ensure all food items are covered when stored away
#6) Green Nature: No food items noted. Need contact information for this operator.
#8) Barenboim Imports and Exports --> They are inspected by the CFIA,

#3/ #7) Elizabeth martin- Apple Sauce vendor, no foods observed. Require information on sanitizing process for her apple sauce making machine.
#4) True Flavors: According to Matthew, this is operated by Alice Sun. However, no record of her business exists on Healthspace.
