Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Temperature of foods inside prep cooler were ~9 degrees Celsius at time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): Operator discarded PHF foods (meat, cheese) and adjusted temperature control dial on the unit. Operator indicates he will also clean the air intake to ensure that the unit maintains a temp of 4 C or below.
