Observation: General cleaning needed in the food preparation and fresh produce storage area. Old grease and food observed on light cooler fan covers and light covers. The flies like to accumulate here due to the old food and grease. Cleaning is required.
Corrective Action(s): Cleaning and sanitize these areas noted above. Use sanitizer on food contact surfaces to prevent attracting pests to old food debris. Correction required in 2 weeks.
