Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Observed vegetable dicers with dried food debris
2. Pizza cutter with grease and food debris dried up at the front pizza prep area
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to clean and sanitize these immediately. All utensils must be cleaned and sanitized regularly to maintain sanitary conditions at all times. Operator started to clean and sanitize these items immediately.

Observation: 1. Observed large number of rodent droppings in the corners throughout facility. Unable to distinguish whether they are old or active at the time of inspection.
2. Observed flies by the dishwashing area, especially where the dirty wiping cloth and aprons are stored
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to clean and sanitize all facility to ensure all droppings are removed. Ensure to wet them with bleach sanitizer prior to removing/sweeping them to prevent aerosolization of viruses. Provide a container with a tightly closed lid to store dirty laundry.
