Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A bar of soap and a hand towel was available in the staff washroom.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the staff washroom is supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. The cloth towel and bar of soap was removed from the washroom and liquid soap and paper towels were added to the handsink.

Comments

Coolers were 4 degrees C (40 degrees F) or less.
Freezers were -18 degrees C (0 degrees F) or less.
Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers .
The bulk bins had lids in good working order and the scoops were clean.
Bleach was available on-site. Reminder: Ensure the "wash, rinse, sanitize with 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer (1/2 teaspoon bleach per L of water) for two minutes, and air dry" method is used for washing and sanitizing the scoops/bulk bins.
No ripped dry food bags and other signs of recent pest activity were observed.
A copy of the certificate of incorporation and layout of the food premises was provided.

**Re-organize the backdoor area to de-clutter and ensure access is available to the backdoor in the event of an emergency.
